Delivery and Returns Info

We offer returns as long as they are within the 28 days since the date of your purchase, and are eligible for a return.

For all returns and exchanges that are eligible, please contact us via our contact form with your order number and reasoning of concern and we will get back to you asap.

- All earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

- all product over 28 days since purchase date are non-returnable

All returns must be in the following to be eligible for return:

- Unworn

- No signs of wear or damage

- In its original packaging and condition

Please note we will email you once we have received your product of return and taken care of issuing you a refund.

We offer gift exchanges as long as they are within the 28 days of purchase and that the item is within its original care and packaging.

We cannot exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.
